Special Instructions

You can now customise the buttons on your favourite pieces. We will send you order to you with your chosen buttons sewn on instead of the original buttons.
Instructions:
- Choose your colour
- Choose the style you want customised, this determines the amount of buttons needed.
- Add any special instructions eg. button order if you are mix and matching.
- You can purchase buttons individually for mix and matching or repair/ replacement purposes. Please note this in the special instructions
Please Note: If you select mix and matching, we will send the buttons loose in your parcel unless you specify the the order you want the buttons in the special instructions.
Buttons are 20mm / 2cm in size.
Shipping
Shipping across Australia and to select international locations including the UK, Japan, Singapore and New Zealand. Proceed to checkout to see your shipping rate in your local currency.
Orders are shipped with tracking via Australia Post and their network of international delivery partners after the 7-10 Day Made to Order Production Period. Australian orders of over $230 AUD receive free shipping.
Australian Standard Shipping
- $9.5 AUD for all orders, 3-7 Days business days
United Kingdom Orders may be subject to 20% VAT on delivery. Customs duties generally only apply to orders over £135.
Due to the new Tarif increases, we no longer ship to the United States.
International delivery times will range based on location, Australia Post advises allowing approximately 7-20 business days for parcels. Tracking is provided.
TAXES AND DUTIES
All international packages are sent DDU (Duties Unpaid). The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and we recommend you please check your local customs website for estimated costs.

We add your order to our production schedule and it is assigned a postage date within 10 business days

Our in-house patterns are used to cut out your chosen size and style from our cotton fabric
3. We sew it, Lovingly!
Your order is sewn start to finish by one person, no production lines, just one specialist sewer creating your garment for you. Traceable and personal.
4. Checked, Packaged, Posted
After we press and inspect your order to ensure it meets our quality standards, we fold it, wrap it up sweetly, and send it out to you with tracked postage!
