Shipping policy

Orders are shipped with tracking via Australia Post and their network of international delivery partners after the 10 Day Made to Order Production Period. Australian orders of over $250 AUD receive free shipping. 

Australian Standard Shipping: 3-7 Days business days

New Zealand Orders under $1000 NZD in value are duty free

United Kingdom Orders may be subject to 20% VAT on delivery. Sent duties unpaid, Customs duties generally only apply to orders over £135.

United States shipments are sent with duties paid, final price includes all tarrif costs and duties. Due to US customs expenses and restrictions, there are no exchanges on US orders.

International delivery times will range based on location, Australia Post advises allowing approximately 7-20 business days for parcels. Tracking is provided.
