Shipping & Postage
All orders are shipped with tracking via Australia Post and their network of international delivery partners. Orders that contain both Made to Order and Ready to Wear styles will be shipped together once all styles are ready for postage.
Australian Standard Shipping
- $10 AUD for all orders, 3-7 Days business days
New Zealand Standard Shipping
- $16 AUD for all Orders
Canada, Asia Pacific, Europe & United Kingdom Standard Shipping
- $25 AUD for all Orders
Due to Australia Post ceasing service to the United States we no longer ship to this location. We apologise for any inconvenience.
International delivery times will range based on location, Australia Post advises allowing approximately 7-20 business days for parcels. This can differ dependent on post delays and customs.
TAXES AND DUTIES
All international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and we recommend you please check your local customs website for estimated costs.
Familiar Characters reserves the right to deduct any return costs incurred from the total return amount for orders that are refused at customs should duties and taxes be unpaid.
